Revenue so far this month, plus sold and maximum-capacity revenue for the next three months. The Google Sheet shows how the numbers were derived.
A PDF catalog of upcoming classes, built from the Listings sheet and Eventbrite.
Classes in the next calendar month(s):
A public website of every upcoming class: a page for each class with all its dates, a page for each shop with how to join its Google Group, and a main page to search, filter by shop, day and price, and sort. It’s built from the Listings sheet and Eventbrite, and the cover details above, when you publish it, and stays as it is until the next publish.
Create Eventbrite drafts from the Listings sheet. Once you’ve checked a draft and set its Status to Live, take it live: it’s published, added to its shop’s Google Calendar, and announced to the shop’s Google Group.
To add a date, copy a row of the class, clear its Eventbrite Event ID and Eventbrite Link, and set the new Meeting Schedule. Rows with the same Series Key become dates of one Eventbrite series; the event ID is filled in afterwards. To take a checked draft live, set its Status to Live.
Where classes are announced when they go live, shared by everyone who uses this site. Every class’s meetings go on the All classes calendar, and each one books its shop’s room (a Google resource). The shop’s group and the All classes group get the email. The shop names must match the sheet’s Shop column.

Material for promoting classes on Instagram and elsewhere.
Paid classes in the next week and the week after that are still selling tickets. Each gets an Instagram story image (1080 × 1920), with its Eventbrite link, Standard price, date and time, and the instructor’s Instagram from the Listings sheet and the shop’s from below.
Each shop’s Instagram, shown with its classes and on their story images. Shared by everyone who uses this site. The shops are the ones in Shop calendars and groups on the New classes tab, and must match the sheet’s Shop column.

What this site can use on your behalf. Accounts are also linked the first time an action needs them.
The Google Sheet that New classes, the Course catalog and Marketing read classes from. It’s the same for everyone who uses this site, so changing it changes it for all of them. Everyone needs edit access to the sheet itself.
Check board on the New classes tab adds the board’s items whose Status is “Catalog” to the Listings sheet as new Draft rows, ready for Check sheet. Each item’s image file is uploaded to Eventbrite and its link goes into Image URL. Each board column goes into the sheet column with the same name, or the one whose values it looks like (the same shops or instructors, prices, dates, emails…); that match happens once per board, and you can change it here at any time. Without a Title column, the item’s name is the Title. Items already on the sheet are skipped. The board and its column mapping are the same for everyone; each person links their own monday.com account above.
